Tempering Machines
Thanks to many years of experience in building of tempering machines, BI.MAC. offers a wide range of machines capable of adapting to various production capacities. Our tempering machines uses some plate exchangers, each with independent hydraulic circuit, which provide a perfect level of tempering chocolate. It starts from the smallest to 500 kg/h up to 1500 kg/h. Based on customer request we can also make tempering machines with production capacity higher or lower. All models are equipped with PLC controlled by touch-screen panel with dedicated software that allows easy control of parameters and storing recipes.
